Biggest Fitness Mistakes - Lesson 1

 Introduction & First Chapter

 Hello Guys!
It's me, Deniz & i'm glad that you found this blog, because it hopefully will change some aspects of your daily life & will of course inform you on the really important facts to loose Fat without any Bullshit.
But first, let me introduce myself to you guys!
I am 20 years old & I currently live in Germany. As a child I was always skinny fat, that means I was skinny but the body mass I had was in fact fat, not muscle mass. As a teenager I started to lift weights, after I did swimming for years. The biggest mistake I did was, that I listened to guys that were enhanced Bodybuilders that were weighing double my weight & were using sport enhancement drugs. Here comes the part I did wrong. I thought I can just copy their food & workout regime and get as big as them without Steroids. To a certain degree it helped me, because when you never lifted weight & then start to do it, of course you will get stronger & more muscular. Your body is just not used to lifting weights and will adapt to that. But then, after that certain degree, I just got fat, because I adapted that “ Eat big to get big Philosophy” to my life.
This was my biggest mistake. Nowadays I know that it should be, “ Eat progressively more “. I see a lot of people & especially newbies doing that wrong over and over. They see guys around 250 or 300 pounds who were lifting for decades and probably use steroids for nearly the same time, and copy their workout and food regiment in order to look like them. Don't do this!!! Those guys are like trucks, they can handle way more than you and you're just a mini at the beginning. Try to put the same amount of petrol in a Mini you put into a truck and you will swipe over. With the body , it will not swipe over but you will get progressively fat and not effectively stronger. You will get frustrated and will ask yourself why it's not working for you. You have to learn that you have to climb that ladder up step by step and not jump from the bottom to the top in one day. It just doesn't work that way and you will land on the bottom again even lower as you started.

 Watch out for part 2!
