Worst Mistakes for Beginners - Part 1

Most of the new Gym-Members that i see are always complaining that their muscles & their strenght doesn't go up like they want. They have only little to none progression and quit going to the gym after a little while because of that and their lack of motivation.
That's the start of a new little Article Series! Enjoy it and avoid these mistakes !!

Mistake 1: Splitting your Workout Routine into 3-7 days!!

I start my Article Series with our "Dummy" Joe.
Joe saw Youtube Video's of Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Branch Warren and all the other Pro's.
He is so keen on pumping Iron that he already screems "Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaah Buddy" in his living room! So the next day he drives to the Gym next to his House but before that he stops at a gas station and see's a Bodybuilding Magazine with several Workout Routine's.
 There it is written! The workout Routine of Ronnie Coleman, 8x Mr. Olympia !
The typical Pro Routine with Monday Chest Tuesday Arms Wednesday Shoulders and so  on. The body is splitted into 5 Day's.
Full of Motivation he get's his Gym Membership and starts training. He meets his friend Moe who started a couple days ago and they talk about training routines. Moe suggests to Joe that he shouldn't do any Split at the beginning and should rather do a full body routine like Moe himself!
Weeks went by and Joe already got his first improvements with his 5 Day Split. Moe got good improvements, too but Joe laughs about it and screems that a real Bodybuilder like him do Split's like the top Ifbb Pro Bodybuilder's.
Months go by but Joe is not happy with his Progress. He looks at Moe who is still growing very fast and now laugh's about Joe's progress and his big Mouth at the beginnig.
" Yo Moe, you grow big, but I hardly make any progress Buddy!"
" F*ck you" Moe screems but after Joe annoys him for half an hour staight Moe answer's " Joe just do my Full Body Workout Routine and stop looking like a Hoe! I will give you my routine , test it and enjoy the results ! But for now run away and stop annoying me! Go home take a shower and start tomorrow!" . He starts's the Program and is very pleased with the Results.
